This Privacy Policy describes how JW Online, which operates the Belorin online store ("Belorin," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit our website, make a purchase or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If there's a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to your personal information.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact details: your name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.
  • Order information: the products you view, add to your cart, purchase, return or cancel, and your order history.
  • Payment information: payment method, transaction details and payment confirmation. Card payments are handled by our payment processors; we don't store your full card number.

We won't discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection or consumer protection authority.

8. Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Order and transaction records are generally kept for up to seven (7) years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe, or typically for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@belorin.com and we'll delete it.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption, a PCI DSS-compliant checkout provided by Shopify and restricted access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
